  • Client: A small manufacturer of medical wearable devices.

  • Objective: Personalize the medical device system app to suit different needs, lifestyles and health status.

  • Solution and Outcome: Curate a database using de-identified consumer data and open data sources with advanced machine learning models to standardize collected information. Data types included text, numbers and images. By using Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing and Optical Character Recognition, trend analysis was conducted over a period of 3 years. This allowed for the generation of a predictive modeling system whereby the app features can be personalized and adjusted per the individual’s needs. This effort optimized the marketability of the wearable and customer satisfaction rate.
